Exchange Policy

Please review our Exchange Policy to ensure your item is eligible.

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and labels intact.

Personalized, custom-made, and final sale items cannot be exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

How to Request an Exchange

If your item meets the criteria, please initiate an exchange by filling out the Exchange Request Form linked below.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.

After Approval

Approved exchanges will be shipped via reverse pickup. Please hand over the original item to the same delivery person. This process takes 6–8 working days and only extra delivery costs are incurred

  • Order number

  • Reason for exchange (attach images if applicable)

  • New item details and size (if applicable)

  • Updated address and contact details (if any)
