You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

3. Replacement or Refund
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you can choose between:

  • Replacement of the product [mandatory delivery fees]

  • Full Refund to your original payment method

4. Exceptions
Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Ordering the wrong size. The customer is accountable for their own choice
