At Nizaam, we are committed to ensuring that all orders are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days from the date of confirmation. Processing includes verification, quality checks, and packaging of the item(s). Orders placed on public holidays or during high-demand periods may experience slight delays.

2. Delivery Timeline

Once processed, orders are handed over to our delivery partners. The estimated delivery timeline is as follows:

  • Karachi: 3 to 5 working days

  • Other Cities in Pakistan: 4 to 7 working days

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional access limitations.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are applicable as follows:

  • Within Karachi: PKR 200 per order

  • Other Cities in Pakistan: PKR 300 per order

These charges will be added to the total amount during checkout. We do not currently offer free shipping unless stated otherwise during special promotions.

4. Service Availability

Currently, we offer shipping services only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time. For special requests or bulk orders, customers may contact us directly to explore possible arrangements.
